4. On receiving your returned item, it will take us up to 7 business days to process your refund. We strive to deal with returns promptly, ensuring that you're not kept waiting.

5. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that refunds can be affected by several factors, including your bank's processing times, public holidays, and other regulatory delays.

6. If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at maildesk@kenvyra.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly for you.

7. Shipping fees for the returned item are the customer's responsibility, unless returning a damaged or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

8. Sale items are unfortunately exempt from this return policy and cannot be refunded, unless faulty. Please review your order carefully when purchasing sale items.
